The session will provide an overview of the Danish job market and common expectations that guide local recruitment practices. It will outline key elements that characterize a strong candidate profile in Denmark, including clarity, reliability, and evidence of practical competence. In addition, it will address how a well developed CV and LinkedIn presence will collectively shape an applicant’s professional identity. Together these materials demonstrate both technical capability and professional maturity, offering recruiters a coherent and comprehensive view of the candidate’s qualifications and potential.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

* [ ] Understand what HYF can do to support you on your job hunt.

* [ ] Know how to make your LinkedIn page attractive to recruiters.
* [ ] Identify how their CV and LinkedIn play together.
* [ ] Have an understanding about how recruiters review a CV and what they look for.
* [ ] Being able to critically review a CV and LinkedIn page and identify main errors and pitfalls.
